📋 Description
- • The RCM Client Success Enablement Specialist at Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) plays a critical role in driving client advisor performance and retention by designing and delivering targeted training programs for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Account Management teams.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new Client Advisors with consistent, high-quality experiences; developing and deploying in-role training on BOOST CS processes using self-created content or platforms like LinkedIn Learning; conducting performance audits and gathering customer feedback to identify skill gaps; creating and executing Client Advisor Assessments; and building certification pathways to validate expertise.
