- • As an RCM Client Success Manager at Prompt, Inc., you will serve as the primary strategic partner for rehab therapy clients after software onboarding, combining clinical expertise with revenue cycle management to drive long-term account health and client success in a high-impact, customer-facing role.
- • You will build deep, trust-based relationships by owning the end-to-end client journey post-go-live, guiding clients through clinical, administrative, and billing workflows while acting as the go-to liaison for all RCM and platform-related questions, collaborating with software CSMs and internal teams to ensure seamless support and measurable outcomes.
- • You will host regular client cadence meetings such as monthly business reviews to review performance metrics, discuss open items, address concerns, identify upsell opportunities, and present data-driven insights and action plans derived from KPI analysis to improve client retention and satisfaction.
- • You will monitor and triage client support inquiries, resolve or escalate issues through support channels, and support clients through complex clinical and billing workflows including documentation expectations, claim lifecycle, payment delays, and denial trends, leveraging your licensed therapy background and collaborating with RCM Ops when needed.
- • You will identify and manage churn indicators by proactively surfacing risks, coordinating internal responses with leadership, and advocating for process improvements based on client feedback to protect at-risk accounts and enhance overall client experience.
- • You will maintain expert-level knowledge of Prompt’s software and RCM offerings, stay current on updates, and confidently educate clients on maximizing platform value while contributing to team-wide strategies that improve retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with RCM Ops, Support, Product, Engineering, and Success teams to ensure accurate billing execution, seamless delivery of solutions, and alignment on client needs, positioning yourself as a trusted consultant and operational partner.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active clinical license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with direct experience in outpatient therapy settings.
- • Strong understanding of clinical, administrative, and billing workflows in rehab therapy practices, including familiarity with insurance claims, revenue cycle management, and EMR platforms.
- • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles with proven ability to build rapport, manage relationships, drive client satisfaction and retention, and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace with a data-informed mindset, capable of tracking KPIs, revenue trends, and churn indicators to inform client consultations.
- • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with strong aptitude for learning and navigating SaaS systems, workflow tools, and real-time platform updates in a dynamic environment.
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, including flexibility to work outside traditional hours when needed, with high personal accountability and a growth-oriented mindset.
