- • The RCM QA Specialist - Cash Posting role at ResMed Inc. is critical to ensuring accurate and timely financial processing within the revenue cycle, directly impacting cash flow integrity and compliance with healthcare reimbursement standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include accurately posting cash payments from insurance companies, patients, and other payers into the billing system, conducting cash and denial posting processes, reconciling accounts to resolve discrepancies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of US payer contracts, EOB/ERA codes, and adjustments.
- • The role is part of ResMed’s Revenue Cycle Management team in Chennai, supporting a global leader in sleep apnea and respiratory care solutions, where precision in financial operations enables continued investment in innovation and patient outcomes.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle operations, gain proficiency in specialized billing systems like Brightree, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 years of hands-on experience in revenue cycle management with a focus on cash posting
- • Good knowledge of cash posting and denial posting processes
- • Well-versed in US payer contracts, EOB/ERA codes, and adjustments
- • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Excel and billing software
- • Up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and changes in reimbursement policies
