• • The RCM Training Consultant 2 role at Modernizing Medicine is critical to ensuring clients and internal teams can effectively use the company’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software to optimize financial operations in healthcare settings.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and updating training materials such as presentations, user guides, job aids, and e-learning modules; conducting virtual and in-person training sessions for clients and staff; assessing training needs and tailoring content for diverse audiences; providing ongoing support and consultation; collaborating with product, implementation, and support teams to incorporate updates; evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and metrics; maintaining expert knowledge of RCM software and industry best practices; contributing to a knowledge base and FAQs; and traveling as needed for on-site client training.
