• In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive and beautiful mobile experiences that empower users to manage their money with confidence. You will focus on core banking journeys, ensuring seamless and secure interactions for account funding, fund transfers, and card management across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Your responsibilities will extend beyond feature development. You will be a key collaborator, working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant, high-performance mobile interfaces. You will own features from initial concept through to successful release, ensuring a high standard of quality and user satisfaction.
• We are deeply committed to delivering robust and reliable software. You will champion and implement best practices in testing and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). This includes writing comprehensive automated unit and integration tests, actively participating in release process improvements, and ensuring our mobile applications are stable, performant, and resilient.
• A significant part of your role will involve enhancing the overall mobile experience. You will focus on optimizing mobile performance, improving accessibility for all users, and increasing application resilience. This will involve instrumenting detailed analytics and monitoring to gain insights into user behavior and application health, enabling us to deliver consistently seamless experiences, even at massive scale.
• As a contributor to our shared mobile platform, you will play a crucial role in maintaining consistency and accelerating development velocity across the team. This involves adopting and contributing to our design system components, standardizing navigation patterns, and leveraging and improving our developer tooling. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and quality of mobile development at OnePay.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and deploying iOS and Android applications using React Native.
• Proven experience building secure, user-centric financial or payments experiences, with a strong emphasis on precision in money movement, robust error handling, and compliance-friendly UX.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React, including proficiency in state management, networking, and native module integrations. Familiarity with GraphQL and React Navigation is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated track record of successful collaboration, clear documentation, and taking ownership within fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
