🎯 Requirements
- • Active and unrestricted real estate license
- • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience with closed transactions, or related experience including prior work with Redfin
- • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within market, with proof of current auto insurance (minimum 100/300/50 limits)
- • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- • Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and earning referral business
- • Embrace technology to build business and collaborate efficiently
