📋 Description

• The Real Time Analyst at DailyPay plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency by monitoring call center queues, managing agent adherence, and supporting workforce management to meet service level targets.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing call volume, daily attendance, and break schedules; assisting in the creation of metrics and targets; collaborating with operations to improve delivery processes; generating ideas for service improvements; producing daily, biweekly, and monthly reports; using trends to forecast requirements; and supporting projects as assigned.
• DailyPay is a leading worktech company transforming how people get paid through its on-demand pay platform, serving top employers nationwide with headquarters in New York City and operations across the U.S. and Belfast.
• In this role, the analyst will develop advanced analytical and reporting skills, gain exposure to workforce management systems, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to process improvements that directly impact employee and customer experience.
