- • As the Logistics and Procurement Manager, you will ensure the operational performance of the logistics and intervention team (stock, after-sales service, and disinfection) to guarantee the delivery of home medical equipment services in Guadeloupe and Martinique.
- • You will organize and monitor technician route planning, manage inventory and medical device fleet, oversee after-sales service and disinfection processes, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- • You will lead and coordinate local MAD and LOX teams, recruit distribution staff in collaboration with HR, manage HR functions (absenteeism, performance reviews, career development), and ensure service continuity.
- • You will conduct field accompaniments (at least twice yearly) to assess job performance and safety, enforce proper conduct and communication with patients and healthcare professionals, and lead team meetings to align on objectives.
- • You will ensure adherence to company procedures, manage the vehicle fleet (leasing, maintenance, technical inspections, claims), oversee information system usage, define individual training plans, onboard new hires with safety training, and implement annual action plans from functional departments.
- • You will handle customer complaints in coordination with client relations and contribute to patient and client satisfaction through reliable, compliant service delivery.
- • You will report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and team performance in a regulated healthcare logistics environment.
