- • The Site Contracts Specialist - Italian Speaking plays a critical role in supporting clinical trial execution by managing site-specific contracts, budgets, and related documentation for industry-sponsored studies across multiple countries.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include producing and reviewing site-specific contracts from country templates, negotiating budgets and terms with sites and sponsors, ensuring quality control and proper archival of documents, coordinating with legal, finance, and clinical operations teams, and tracking milestone progress in real time.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in global clinical trial contracting, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, gain exposure to end-to-end study startup processes, and contribute to process improvements and training initiatives within the Site Start-Up (SSU) team.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Moderate contracts management experience in a contract research organization or pharmaceutical industry
- • Strong knowledge of the clinical development process and legal and contracting parameters
- • Excellent understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP
- • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to mentor and motivate junior staff and provide quality feedback
