- • The Real Time Analyst Team Lead owns live operations across multiple Lines of Business, ensuring queue stability, SLA protection, and strong operational execution in a 24/7 environment at Clipboard Health Inc., a remote-first, profitable company since 2022 that connects healthcare professionals with workplaces to uplift communities and provide essential care.
- • The role involves owning end-to-end daily RTA operations, acting as the primary source of truth during critical incidents, leading and developing a team of RTAs, building scalable queue management frameworks, improving SOPs and workflows, partnering cross-functionally with Workforce Management and Leadership teams, maintaining technical proficiency in Google Sheets and operational tooling, and delivering executive-level operational narratives.

- • The person in this role will develop leadership and operational expertise, drive continuous improvement in live operations, build scalable processes, enhance technical and communication skills, and gain experience influencing cross-functional alignment in a high-growth, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading Real Time Analysts, Workforce Management teams, or live operations functions in high-volume environments
- • Strong operational judgment with the ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure incidents or service disruptions
- • Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with deep proficiency in Google Sheets, queue analysis, and operational modeling
- • Strong written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex operational issues into concise executive-level narratives
- • Experience building or improving operational frameworks, SOPs, and scalable team processes from the ground up
- • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and continuously evolving environment
