- • This freelance AI Trainer role for real estate experts is critical to ensuring artificial intelligence systems develop accurate, practical, and ethically grounded understanding of property markets, advisory workflows, and regulatory environments across the UK and EU. By refining AI-generated content, you directly influence how next-generation models support real-world decisions in buying, selling, investing, and managing property—bridging the gap between theoretical AI reasoning and nuanced human expertise.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs related to real estate advisory, market analysis, property management, and regulatory compliance; evaluating responses for technical accuracy, practical applicability, and alignment with real-world professional standards; drafting authentic real estate scenarios drawn from your direct experience in advising, developing, or executing property projects; creating multi-perspective scenario variations (e.g., consultant, client, investor, property manager) to test AI reasoning across stakeholder roles; and identifying logical gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI outputs to improve model robustness and reliability.
- • You will join a specialized network of expert freelancers partnered with 10x.team, which collaborates with leading AI labs to advance domain-specific AI capabilities. The company focuses on integrating deep professional knowledge into AI training pipelines, ensuring models reflect real-world complexity rather than superficial patterns. Your work contributes to a growing effort to make AI systems trustworthy tools in high-stakes industries like real estate, where errors can have significant financial and legal consequences.
- • In this role, you will deepen your understanding of how AI interprets and applies professional knowledge, sharpen your ability to critique and structure complex domain-specific reasoning, and gain direct insight into the AI development lifecycle—from data generation to model refinement. 🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level real estate professional with substantial experience advising on, developing, or executing real estate projects and documentation within the EU or UK
- • Demonstrated skill in evaluating project workflows, technical requirements, and regulatory compliance in property-related contexts
- • Ability to work independently, deliver structured and critical feedback, and maintain consistent availability for 8–20 hours per week
