  • • The Receivables Support Representative plays a critical role in safeguarding company revenue by ensuring timely resolution of past-due accounts and accurate billing processes. This position directly impacts cash flow and customer satisfaction by acting as the frontline liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies with empathy and precision.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound collections calls and emails to secure payments on overdue invoices, investigating billing discrepancies reported by customers or identified internally, opening and managing detailed Salesforce cases for all receivables interactions, collaborating with service, installation, and operations teams to resolve complex invoicing issues, proactively updating customers on investigation status and payment resolutions, and identifying opportunities to enroll customers in auto-pay programs to reduce future delinquency.
  • • The role requires maintaining meticulous documentation in Salesforce, including root-cause analysis of recurring billing issues, tracking compliance metrics related to contract billing accuracy, and contributing to process improvement initiatives by recommending SOPs or data projects when patterns emerge.
