- • As a Receivables Support Representative at Pavago, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding the company's revenue and optimizing cash flow. This critical, full-time, remote role operates within U.S. business hours and is designed for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail, unwavering persistence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be instrumental in managing past-due accounts, meticulously resolving billing discrepancies, and driving the timely resolution of payments, ensuring that Pavago's financial health remains robust.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to act as the operational engine of our receivables function. This involves owning the entire lifecycle of receivables management, from in-depth investigations into billing inquiries and account issues to diligent case management within Salesforce and persistent collections follow-up. You will be empowered to identify the root causes of invoicing or account setup problems, implement necessary corrections, and resolve underlying issues to prevent their recurrence, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves high-volume, intentional communication with customers. You will engage with clients via both phone and email, employing a blend of urgency and empathy to guide accounts toward resolution. This direct customer interaction is not just about securing payments; it's also about serving as a frontline ambassador for the Pavago customer experience. Each interaction should leave the customer feeling informed, confident, and satisfied with the support they have received, reinforcing our commitment to excellent service.
- • You will be tasked with executing outbound collections efforts, systematically reaching out to customers with past-due invoices. This requires maintaining a disciplined and consistent follow-up cadence, ensuring that no account is left unresolved. Your ability to document customer behaviors, identify trends, and record commitments within Salesforce will be crucial for refining future collections strategies and improving overall effectiveness.
- • Beyond collections, you will actively seek opportunities to enhance customer convenience and reduce future delinquency by encouraging and converting customers to auto-pay options. This proactive measure not only benefits the customer but also significantly contributes to minimizing aging balances and protecting Pavago's revenue stream.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with various internal teams, including service, installation, and other operational departments, to untangle complex invoicing issues and ensure seamless customer experiences. By proactively investigating and resolving billing issues, you will also reduce the research workload for the Receivables Coordinator, streamlining internal processes.
- • Meticulous documentation in Salesforce is a non-negotiable requirement. You will maintain accurate and detailed records of all billing issues, adjustments, resolutions, and customer communications. This ensures transparency, facilitates internal knowledge sharing, and supports compliance with contract terms and billing accuracy metrics.
- • You will also play a vital role in continuous improvement. By identifying recurring issues across billing, setup, or collections, you will be encouraged to recommend process enhancements and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or data projects. Presenting root-cause findings and improvement opportunities during weekly reviews will be an integral part of your contribution to the team's growth and efficiency.
