📋 Description

• As the second Recruiter at Archy Inc., you will own end-to-end hiring for Go-to-Market functions including Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing, playing a critical role in scaling talent acquisition during the company’s Series B growth phase.
• You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake and sourcing to offer and close — partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role needs, build sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-quality, candidate-first experience.
• You’ll join a lean, impact-driven recruiting team working closely with the VP of People and the Founding Recruiter (who focuses on Engineering, Design, and Product), helping shape a scalable recruiting function that reflects Archy’s values and supports rapid growth.
• This role offers significant autonomy and influence, allowing you to leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and outreach, own ATS hygiene and analytics, and continuously improve hiring outcomes while helping define what “great” looks like at Archy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment.
• Experience recruiting across Go-to-Market functions, with deep expertise in Sales and Customer roles preferred and Marketing experience as a bonus.
• Comfort adopting and experimenting with AI tools to enhance sourcing, personalize outreach, automate tasks, and improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Experience working in an ATS; familiarity with Ashby is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder-facing skills with clear communication, expectation-setting, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong execution skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, evolving environment.
