- ⢠As a Recruiter at YETI Holdings, Inc., you will play a critical role in building high-performing teams by managing full life cycle recruiting for director-level and below positions across multiple business functions, directly contributing to the companyâs mission of delivering exceptional outdoor gear and experiences.
- ⢠You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and ensure alignment with business needs, acting as a strategic talent advisor who drives quality hires and enhances organizational capability.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing the entire recruiting lifecycleâfrom intake sessions and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboardingâwhile maintaining accurate and timely data in Workday, the companyâs preferred Applicant Tracking System.
- ⢠You will leverage modern sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage top talent, proactively building talent pipelines and refining strategies based on market trends and talent pool insights.
- ⢠You will screen candidates rigorously for qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with YETIâs values, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience that reflects the companyâs commitment to excellence and candidate respect.
- ⢠You will communicate proactively with candidates and stakeholders at every stage, providing timely updates, managing expectations, and fostering trust through consistent, professional engagement.

- ⢠You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders beyond your immediate area of expertise, demonstrating a deep understanding of organizational priorities and customer needs to tailor your recruiting approach.
- ⢠You will stay informed about evolving recruitment best practices, emerging sourcing channels, and competitive talent landscapes to continuously refine your strategies and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Greater than 5 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, with proven success managing end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and managerial roles.
- ⢠Bachelorâs degree preferred or equivalent professional experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge and skills.
- ⢠Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern talent acquisition tools.
- ⢠Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday preferred, including ability to maintain accurate, timely candidate data and generate reports.
- ⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- ⢠Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through.
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders based on empathy, transparency, and professionalism.
- ⢠Comfort and effectiveness working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
