• Join the Sei Foundation, a pioneering force in the Web3 space, as a dedicated Recruiter and play a pivotal role in scaling our world-class team. As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent globally, directly impacting the expansion of our presence in New York and across international markets.
• In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts, working collaboratively with leaders across Business Development, Growth, Product, and other key departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of recruitment, from initiating proactive and personalized outbound campaigns to attract passive candidates, to meticulously building and nurturing robust talent pipelines for a diverse range of open positions. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance. A critical aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with hiring managers to deeply understand their specific needs and ideal candidate profiles, ensuring alignment and efficiency in the hiring process. You will also be responsible for meticulously tracking sourcing metrics, leveraging this data to continuously refine and optimize our recruitment strategies, ensuring we are always employing the most effective methods. Furthermore, you will manage the essential recruiting coordination tasks, including the complex scheduling of interviews and diligently maintaining up-to-date records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and operational smoothness.

Developing and executing sophisticated, personalized outbound recruitment campaigns will be a core function, targeting passive candidates who possess the specialized skills and experience we seek. You will be expected to build and maintain dynamic talent pipelines for a variety of open roles, prioritizing both the quality of candidates and the speed of the hiring process. A key element of this role involves acting as the primary point of contact for all candidates, ensuring they receive a consistently positive and informative experience throughout their application journey. This includes providing timely updates, answering questions, and guiding them through each stage of the recruitment process. Furthermore, you will be responsible for diligently tracking key sourcing metrics, analyzing the data to identify trends, and iterating on strategies to optimize performance and efficiency. This data-driven approach will be essential for continuous improvement. In parallel, you will manage all aspects of recruiting coordination, including the complex scheduling of interviews across different time zones and maintaining meticulous, up-to-date records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and accessibility of candidate information for the entire hiring team. This comprehensive approach ensures a smooth and effective recruitment operation.

• Experience recruiting within a Web3 startup environment, with a proven track record of building teams globally.
• Deep understanding of the current Web3 talent market, with specific experience hiring for L1/L2 blockchain projects.
