📋 Description

• As a Recruiter at Freshpaint, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact Go-to-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) roles, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable healthcare organizations to use modern marketing and analytics tools without compromising patient privacy.
• You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build targeted talent pipelines, conduct structured interviews, and manage offer processes while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.
• You will work within a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SaaS company backed by top-tier investors like Y Combinator and Intel Cloud Capital, focused on building privacy infrastructure for the healthcare industry.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in data-driven recruiting, refine hiring processes using funnel metrics, and gain experience influencing hiring strategy in a high-growth, mission-driven tech environment.
