- • As a Recruiter at Remote Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s global talent acquisition efforts, directly contributing to the democratization of work opportunities and the distribution of wealth across the globe by hiring exceptional talent aligned with Remote’s mission and values.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment for GTM (Go-to-Market) roles such as Sales and Marketing, partnering with Talent Sourcers to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, improving time-to-offer metrics, advocating for remote work values throughout the candidate experience, and continuously refining recruiting strategies using data and innovation.
- • You will join the People Team within a fully remote, globally distributed organization spanning six continents, where innovation, autonomy, and asynchronous work are core to the culture, and where your contributions directly support Remote’s vision of compliant, equitable global employment.
- • In this 6-month fixed-term contract role, you will develop expertise in high-volume, high-quality tech recruitment, gain experience with modern TA stacks (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime), sharpen your data-driven hiring practices, and grow as a subject-matter expert in inclusive, values-based talent acquisition within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up or fast-growing scale-up organisation
- • Previous experience as a GTM recruiter hiring GTM profiles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, etc)
- • Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality in alignment to the role and a diverse hiring pipeline
- • Strong track record in high pace hiring environment, with focus on deliverables
- • Excited and passionate about an excellent candidate experience at all times
- • Experience in working and optimising a Talent Acquisition stack (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime etc), as well as adopting new tools / technologies
