• • As a Recruiter at Tremendous Inc., you will own the full-cycle hiring process for GTM and business roles, playing a critical part in building an exceptional team at a profitable, high-growth, fully remote company trusted by 20,000+ organizations worldwide.
• • Day to day, you will source high-caliber candidates, conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, partner with hiring leaders to refine role requirements, and manage sourcing volume to maintain healthy talent pipelines using data-driven funnel insights.
