📋 Description

• • As a Recruiter (Contract) at Allium Inc., you will own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and G&A roles, building a repeatable, data-driven hiring engine from the ground up in a high-growth Web3 startup environment.
• • Day to day, you will source and engage candidates through creative outbound campaigns, collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, manage interview loops and scorecards, close competitive offers, and nurture a diverse talent network while shaping Allium’s hiring philosophy and culture during its earliest growth phase.
• • Allium is building the system of record for onchain finance, ingesting and standardizing blockchain data across 140+ chains to serve finance, engineering, and strategy teams at institutions like Visa, Stripe, G-SIB banks, and the Federal Reserve, with a mission to make blockchain data usable for humans and AI agents.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical and GTM recruiting at scale, gain experience building recruiting systems from scratch in a Web3-native environment, and deepen your ability to influence senior stakeholders while contributing to a mission-driven company at the intersection of blockchain, finance, and institutional infrastructure.
