- • Serve as the primary recruiter for ServerFarm, LLC, supporting the hiring needs across North America, Western Europe, and Israel for a rapidly expanding global data center operator.
- • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and cultural fit criteria for positions critical to scaling data center operations and technology infrastructure.
- • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a wide range of roles including engineering, operations, project management, and technical support positions within the data center industry.
- • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting and candidate outreach to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, professional networks, and passive candidate outreach to build a robust pipeline aligned with ServerFarm’s growth targets.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system records, ensuring compliance with internal hiring protocols and external regulatory standards.
- • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to refine job descriptions, improve candidate experience, and reduce time-to-hire for critical roles.
- • Represent ServerFarm’s employer brand during candidate interactions, communicating the company’s mission to revolutionize digital infrastructure through sustainable, high-performance data centers.
- • Track and report on recruitment metrics including source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and diversity pipeline statistics to inform hiring strategy.
- • Adapt recruitment tactics to meet the evolving demands of AI-driven cloud migration and hyperscale data center expansion, targeting candidates with experience in infrastructure, colocation, or enterprise IT environments.
- • Coordinate with international teams to facilitate cross-border hiring processes, ensuring alignment with local labor practices and compliance requirements in key markets.
- • Participate in recruitment planning sessions to anticipate hiring needs as ServerFarm targets 4x growth over the next four years.
- • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and educational institutions to expand talent access.
- • Ensure all recruitment activities support ServerFarm’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence in global data center development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in a fast-growing tech or infrastructure company
- • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational roles
- • Experience working with global or cross-border hiring processes
- • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- • Strong understanding of employment compliance in multiple jurisdictions
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers
