- • **Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership:**

This includes sourcing and attracting candidates for positions such as Branch Managers, Clinical Directors, Regional Directors, HR specialists, Finance professionals, IT experts, Marketing leads, and C-suite executives.
- • Forge strong partnerships with senior leadership to gain a deep understanding of their strategic business objectives, evolving organizational needs, and specific talent requirements.
- • Design and implement comprehensive, innovative recruiting strategies to address challenging, hard-to-fill, and specialized positions, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- • Proactively build and nurture robust talent pipelines, anticipating and addressing current and future leadership needs across the organization.
- • Conduct thorough market research and competitive intelligence analysis to inform and refine recruiting strategies, ensuring AbriCare remains competitive in the talent market.
- • Effectively manage a portfolio of 8-12 open requisitions simultaneously, each with varying degrees of complexity and urgency.
- • **Executive Search and Leadership Recruitment:**
- • Employ advanced executive search techniques, including targeted networking, leveraging industry connections, and utilizing specialized search methodologies to identify and engage high-caliber executive candidates.
- • Conduct in-depth behavioral and competency-based interviews designed to assess leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and alignment with AbriCare's values and culture.
- • Evaluate candidates not only on their technical skills but also on their potential for leadership, strategic vision, and cultural congruence.
- • Skillfully facilitate executive interview processes, coordinating seamlessly with C-suite executives and board members to ensure an efficient and effective selection process.
- • Negotiate complex compensation packages and employment terms with executive candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all executive search activities, safeguarding sensitive information.

- • Maintain meticulous accuracy in pipeline data and generate insightful recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- • Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure seamless integration with Paylocity for efficient onboarding transitions.
- • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience and optimize recruiting efficiency.
- • Stay abreast of the latest recruiting technologies, tools, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
