- • Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences? BrainCo, a leader in productionizing artificial intelligence for real-world applications, is seeking a talented and motivated Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our fast-paced hiring efforts run smoothly, efficiently, and with a touch of white-glove service.
- • At BrainCo, we are at the forefront of AI innovation, dedicated to applying its transformative powers and automation to solve complex problems in governments and industries where manual work still dominates. Our mission is to drive progress and shape the future through pioneering AI solutions. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a vital part of this mission, directly impacting our ability to attract and hire the top talent needed to achieve our ambitious goals.
- • This is a hands-on role that requires a love for logistics, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make the hiring process feel personal, organized, and professional for every candidate. You will partner closely with our experienced recruiters, a diverse group of interviewers, and key hiring managers to orchestrate the entire interview process, from initial scheduling to the final stages.
- • Your primary responsibility will be interview coordination. This involves expertly managing interview schedules across multiple time zones, coordinating all necessary logistics, and ensuring that all participants – candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers – are fully prepared and aligned. You will be the maestro of our interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless flow and minimizing any potential disruptions.
- • Beyond just scheduling, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their entire journey with BrainCo. This means being responsive, informative, and empathetic. You will answer candidate questions, provide timely updates on their application status, and proactively address any concerns, thereby cultivating a positive and welcoming experience from their very first interaction with us.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby. You will be responsible for keeping the system updated and clean, ensuring accuracy in candidate records, interview plans, and internal notes. Your diligence in ATS management will be critical for maintaining data integrity and providing recruiters with the most up-to-date information.
- • You will also provide essential operational support to the recruiting team. This includes helping to streamline our existing recruiting processes, contributing to sourcing projects, and jumping in on ad hoc recruiting tasks as needed. Your flexibility and willingness to support various aspects of the recruiting function will be highly valued.
- • This contract position offers the exciting possibility of transitioning to a full-time role, contingent upon your performance and the evolving needs of our business. We are looking for someone who can commit to part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week) and is ideally based in the San Francisco HQ area, though the role is remote.
- • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – and is comfortable using collaboration tools like Slack and Notion, alongside scheduling software such as Google Calendar and our ATS, Ashby. If you are a proactive problem-solver who enjoys bringing order to complex logistical challenges and is passionate about contributing to a company at the cutting edge of AI, we encourage you to apply.
- • Your contributions will directly impact BrainCo's ability to scale its operations and achieve its ambitious growth targets. By ensuring an efficient and positive recruiting process, you will help us attract the brightest minds in AI, further solidifying our position as a leader in the field. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a high-growth tech environment and make a tangible difference.
- • We value individuals who are comfortable working independently, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality, and possess a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise. Your ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions will be key to your success in this role.
- • Join BrainCo and be part of a mission-driven company that is shaping the future of artificial intelligence. We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $33.00 - $38.00 USD, reflecting the importance of this role and the expertise required. If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you.
