- • As a Recruiter at Turquoise Health, you will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of critical roles, which may span both technical and non-technical domains, depending on your specific expertise and interests. You will act as a trusted partner to our hiring managers, collaborating closely to meticulously define role scopes, develop objective evaluation rubrics, and ensure consistent alignment throughout the entire hiring journey. A key aspect of this role involves running structured intake and kickoff meetings, establishing clear prioritization frameworks to manage multiple requisitions effectively.
- • Your ownership will extend to the candidate experience from the initial outreach to the final offer. This includes meticulously preparing candidates for interviews, coordinating seamless scheduling, and establishing efficient feedback loops to ensure every candidate feels valued and informed. A significant focus will be placed on thoughtful and creative sourcing strategies, with a deep commitment to building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines. You will be responsible for maintaining high data hygiene within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all your recruitment activities. This role demands a high degree of autonomy, requiring you to proactively identify needs, develop solutions, and drive results with minimal supervision. Your ability to navigate a fast-paced, remote-first environment with empathy and a collaborative spirit will be crucial to your success. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong preference for experience within an early-stage SaaS startup environment.
