- • As the sole dedicated recruiter at Opal Security, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s Engineering and Go-to-Market teams while preserving the mission-driven, collaborative culture that defines the organization.
- • Day to day, you will create and execute creative sourcing strategies—including LinkedIn outreach that converts to recruiter calls—partner deeply with hiring managers to understand team needs and refine interview processes, represent Opal at in-person events and meetups to attract talent, build employer brand infrastructure such as market maps and candidate touchpoints, and manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance.
