- • The Recruiter II role at Ryder System, Inc. is responsible for delivering world-class recruiting services in a cost-effective manner while implementing state-of-the-art recruitment methodologies to support the organization’s talent acquisition needs.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring candidates to hiring managers; building and maintaining relationships with external recruiters and HR/business partners; analyzing staffing needs; ensuring legal compliance in recruitment processes; and promoting Ryder as an employer of choice.
- • The role operates within Ryder’s HR and talent acquisition team, collaborating with business units to meet service levels for entry, mid-level, high-volume, managerial, technical, and professional positions across a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • The Recruiter II will develop expertise in full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, compliance, and data-informed staffing decisions, gaining experience in high-volume and specialized hiring while contributing to organizational goals and process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- • Four (4) or more years of experience in a related recruitment or HR area
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels
- • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management and follow-up practices
- • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team
