- • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for India-based roles, from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- • Proactively source top-tier talent through outbound outreach, referrals, and digital recruiting platforms to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration with hiring managers in the United States, Europe, and India.
- • Partner directly with leadership teams in the US and EU to align on hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.
- • Maintain and nurture relationships with external recruiting vendors and third-party hiring partners to support scalable talent acquisition.
- • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, from initial contact to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate pipelines, update status logs, and generate recruitment metrics.
- • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple concurrent hiring needs across consulting, technology, and professional services roles.
- • Work with partial overlap in business hours to accommodate collaboration with US and EU-based teams, requiring flexibility in daily schedule.
- • Stay current with India-specific recruiting trends, compensation benchmarks, and local hiring practices to inform effective talent strategies.
- • Drive efficiency in hiring processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to reduce time-to-hire without compromising quality.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations in India.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing clear communication and timely updates at every stage.
- • Support the scaling of TechTorch’s India operations by building a pipeline of exceptional talent aligned with the company’s consulting and AI-driven technology focus.
- • Balance autonomy with accountability, taking ownership of hiring outcomes and delivering results in a startup-like environment with global client expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- • Familiarity with the India recruiting landscape, compensation trends, and hiring practices
- • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities
- • Experience using an ATS effectively; familiarity with Ashby is a plus
- • Experience hiring for consulting, technology, or professional services roles is a plus
- • Excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English
