- • Your primary mission will be to own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for U.S.-based positions. This involves managing the entire search lifecycle, from initial client engagement to the final offer and onboarding. You will act as a strategic recruiting partner, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, advise on talent strategies, and ensure the acquisition of exceptional candidates.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to expertly navigate and utilize Clera's AI-powered platform. You will meticulously review AI-generated candidate matches, applying your sharp judgment to quickly pinpoint the most relevant and promising talent. This requires a nuanced understanding of candidate profiles that goes beyond simple keyword matching, focusing on skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential.
- • You will be responsible for conducting thorough interviews and qualifying candidates, presenting concise, high-signal shortlists to hiring managers. This involves effectively communicating candidate strengths and potential fit, ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and data-driven.
- • Engaging directly with clients will be a significant part of your day-to-day. You will participate in client calls to gain a deep understanding of role requirements, company culture, and strategic objectives. Crucially, you will provide honest, strategic guidance, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients refine their hiring expectations and make informed decisions. - • Your insights will be invaluable in refining our AI platform. You will provide structured, actionable feedback to our engineering team regarding the matching logic and workflow improvements. This feedback loop is critical for enhancing the effectiveness of our AI Talent Agent and ensuring it continues to deliver superior results.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate notes and process documentation is essential for team collaboration and data integrity. You will be expected to keep all records meticulously organized and reliable.
- • This role demands a high degree of autonomy and prioritization. You will be expected to manage multiple searches simultaneously, driving each to a successful hire with minimal oversight. This requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of proven recruiting experience, specifically focused on U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles.
- • Demonstrated experience thriving in fast-paced environments, such as a startup or a high-velocity recruitment agency.
- • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations effectively.
- • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, for seamless communication with U.S. clients and candidates.
- • High degree of comfort and proficiency with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and adapting to AI-driven workflows.
- • Exceptional judgment regarding candidate skills, experience, and cultural add, moving beyond basic keyword matching.
- • High sense of ownership, reliability, and the ability to operate with significant autonomy and speed.
