📋 Description
- • As a Recruiter at IJM Corporation, you will play a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission to protect vulnerable people from violence by managing full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles across the U.S. and globally, ensuring hiring practices are mission-aligned, compliant, and effective.
- • Day to day, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support—while partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to align talent acquisition with organizational needs.
- • You will join a global team of over 1,300 professionals across 30+ offices, working within a values-driven culture that emphasizes Christian faith, professional excellence, and joyful service, with hybrid work options (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays in DC or fully remote for non-local candidates).
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, compliance, and strategic talent acquisition while contributing to IJM’s goal of protecting half a billion people from violence, gaining experience in global hiring, Workday/ATS systems, and mission-focused HR practices within a purpose-led organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • Minimum of five (5) years of full life‑cycle recruiting experience
- • Experience recruiting across early career through executive roles, including niche, specialty, and hard‑to‑fill positions
- • Advanced sourcing expertise with proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates
- • Familiarity with employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and ethical hiring practices
- • Experience using ATS and HCM systems, with Workday Recruiting preferred
