📋 Description
- • Recruiter (US & Canada) at Infisical Inc. – Play a pivotal role in scaling the team by identifying, attracting, and closing top-tier talent across engineering, product, and GTM functions in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- • Own the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and closing candidates; build and maintain talent pipelines; enhance candidate experience; and experiment with creative sourcing and employer branding strategies.
- • Join a remote-first team with strong roots in San Francisco, backed by Y Combinator, Google, and Elad Gil, building open source security infrastructure for the AI era with customers like Hugging Face, Lucid, and LG.
- • Grow into a foundational hiring leader by shaping recruiting strategy, managing the ATS (Ashby), developing employer branding, and eventually leading a recruiting team as the company scales.
