📋 Description

• • As a Recruiting Associate at Beacon AI, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s rapid growth by ensuring a seamless, organized, and high-quality hiring process that delivers an exceptional candidate experience.
• • You will own the day-to-day coordination of recruiting activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, logistics, and ATS management, while maintaining data accuracy and process hygiene across all hiring touchpoints.
• • You’ll join a fast-moving, silo-free team of aviators, engineers, and operators building AI-powered aviation solutions, where small teams own end-to-end delivery and ship quickly to push the boundaries of human-AI collaboration.
• • Over time, you’ll gain ownership across the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and pipeline building to partnering with hiring managers on strategy—developing your craft into a full recruiting role within a high-impact startup environment.
