📋 Description

• • As a Recruiting Coordinator at PermitFlow Inc., you will play a central role in scaling the company’s hiring engine across technical and go-to-market teams, ensuring a fast, high-quality candidate experience that supports PermitFlow’s mission to redefine how America builds through applied AI in construction permitting and compliance.
• • You will own end-to-end interview scheduling for technical and GTM roles, manage complex calendars across candidates, interviewers, and leadership, coordinate virtual and onsite interview logistics, maintain accurate data in the Ashby ATS, track scheduling SLAs, and proactively identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• • PermitFlow is an applied AI company backed by top-tier investors including Accel, Kleiner Perkins, and Y Combinator, serving builders nationwide with AI-powered solutions for permitting, licensing, inspections, and project closeouts, helping accelerate housing, clean-energy, and infrastructure development across the U.S. as it enters a new capex supercycle.
