- • As a Recruiting Coordinator at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will play a critical role in supporting high-volume, multi-market hiring within the Global Talent Acquisition team, ensuring hiring operations remain structured, accurate, and fast-moving to support the company’s mission of building superior application platforms globally.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, maintaining ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages and feedback, following up with interviewers for timely feedback submission, drafting offer letters, managing pre-hire documentation, reviewing job descriptions, monitoring applicant volume and funnel performance, and managing job postings across boards and channels to sustain healthy applicant flow.
- • You will join a densely talented, highly motivated team focused on engineering and product excellence within a flat organizational structure, where all members are expected to be hands-on and directly contribute to the company’s mission of digitizing insurance and building AI-integrated applications serving over 8 million users across Southeast Asia.
- • In this role, you will develop strong operational expertise in global talent acquisition, gain hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms, refine your coordination and communication skills in a fast-paced, multi-timezone environment, and build a foundation for growth in HR, recruitment operations, or talent management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year of experience in coordination, scheduling, or recruitment operations
- • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- • Comfort working with global teams across different time zones
