📋 Description

• • As a Recruiting Coordinator at Exa Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in building the company’s talent pipeline for a next-generation AI search engine that outperforms Google for power users, helping to scale the team rapidly in a high-growth startup environment.
• • You will own the full recruiting cycle, including outbound strategy, interview coordination, candidate communication, and closing hires, while serving as the primary touchpoint for candidates and representing Exa externally to attract top talent.
• • You will join a highly skilled team of ~90 employees from elite institutions and companies like Harvard, MIT, Google, and Apple, working in San Francisco to build the most intelligent search engine in history after a recent Series B funding from Benchmark.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in end-to-end recruitment operations, gain experience in high-volume hiring within a fast-moving AI startup, and sharpen your ability to assess talent, communicate vision, and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives that support 1.5x quarterly team growth.
