• • Join DevRev Inc., a forward-thinking company revolutionizing the future of work with its innovative AI teammate, Computer. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to become an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team, based remotely in the Philippines.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be the engine that drives candidates seamlessly through our hiring funnel, ensuring a positive and efficient experience from application to offer. You will partner closely with our experienced Talent Partners and Hiring Managers, acting as a critical liaison to facilitate the recruitment process.
• • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous management of complex interview scheduling. This involves navigating multiple global time zones, coordinating both remote and in-person interviews, and arranging travel logistics when necessary. The ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts will be paramount to your success.
• • You will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, embodying DevRev's commitment to a world-class candidate experience. This means providing clear, timely, and professional communication at every stage, answering questions, and ensuring candidates feel informed and valued throughout their journey with us.
• • This role demands exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You will be responsible for managing schedules for several Talent Partners and a high volume of candidates simultaneously, all while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.
• • A key function of your role will be to efficiently collect and organize interviewer feedback immediately following each candidate conversation. This timely data is crucial for our Talent Partners to make informed decisions and move promising candidates forward swiftly, ensuring our hiring process remains agile and effective.
• • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential. You will be responsible for keeping candidate records meticulously updated, demonstrating strong data hygiene and an unwavering attention to detail. This ensures our recruitment data is reliable and supports strategic decision-making.
• • Beyond core coordination, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment operations. This includes supporting the Talent team with procedural enhancements, process optimization, and contributing to various projects aimed at refining our hiring strategies and execution.
