• • This Recruiting Coordinator role supports high-volume, multi-market hiring within the Global Talent Acquisition team at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., a leading insurance technology company in Southeast Asia serving over 8 million users. The role is critical to maintaining structured, accurate, and fast-moving hiring operations that directly impact the company’s ability to scale its mission-driven technology platforms.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, managing complex calendars, ensuring ATS accuracy through daily checks on candidate stages and data, following up with interviewers for timely feedback, drafting offer letters, managing pre-hire documentation, reviewing job descriptions, monitoring applicant volume and funnel performance, and managing job postings across boards and channels to sustain healthy applicant flow.
