📋 Description

• The Recruiting Coordinator / HR Assistant role at Onhires Inc. supports the hiring process for a pre-launch cryptocurrency exchange in the UAE, playing a critical part in building the company’s foundational team during its early growth phase.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating interviews across stakeholders, managing calendars, maintaining candidate communication, liaising with external recruitment agencies, tracking pipelines, supporting job postings, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting on hiring progress.
• The team operates remotely with European working hours, partnering with a crypto exchange startup to scale talent acquisition efforts while working closely with founders and hiring leaders in a high-visibility, impact-driven environment.
• This role offers the opportunity to gain end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced, innovative industry, develop stakeholder management skills, and contribute directly to team-building efforts at a pivotal stage of a growing tech company.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent operations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fluent English
