  • • Lorikeet Software Pty Ltd is at the forefront of revolutionizing customer support for complex businesses through advanced AI. We are building a powerful AI-driven platform designed to automate a significant portion of support responses, allowing support teams to focus on managing automation and addressing intricate customer issues rather than being overwhelmed by high-volume, routine tickets. Our vision extends to empowering these teams to provide personalized, concierge-level services once freed from reactive support tasks. This role is crucial in enabling Lorikeet's rapid growth by attracting and securing top-tier talent across various global functions, ensuring the company continues to innovate and lead in the AI-first SaaS market.
  • • As a Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing Lorikeet's world-class teams across the US, UK, and Australia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a blend of strategic sourcing, in-depth candidate research, and meticulous recruiting operations. You will be the architect of diverse, high-caliber talent pipelines, ensuring that every candidate encounters a seamless, thoughtful, and positive experience from their initial interaction with Lorikeet through to the final offer stage. This role demands a proactive and people-centric approach, driven by an excitement for contributing to a fast-growing AI business and a passion for automating and optimizing recruitment systems. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated recruiters, hiring managers, and the broader leadership team to uphold a highly efficient, data-driven, and exceptionally human-centric recruiting process that reflects Lorikeet's core values.
  • • Your core duties will involve actively sourcing and engaging exceptional talent across critical functions such as marketing, business operations, sales, and post-sales, targeting candidates globally. A significant part of your role will be dedicated to building and meticulously maintaining clean, high-quality candidate pipelines within Ashby, ensuring that every candidate record is consistently accurate and up-to-date. You will expertly coordinate interviews, navigating multiple time zones with precision to guarantee clarity, timeliness, and an overall smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers. Crafting and disseminating compelling outreach messages that authentically embody Lorikeet’s brand and values will be key to attracting top talent. Furthermore, you will provide essential support to recruiters and hiring managers through dedicated research, calibration sessions, and insightful market analysis. The role also involves managing the intricate scheduling, logistical arrangements, and communication touchpoints that define the candidate journey, ensuring a professional and engaging experience at every step. You will be responsible for tracking key recruitment metrics, utilizing this data to help refine and enhance our recruiting processes, focusing on improvements in speed, fairness, and the overall quality of the candidate experience. A vital aspect of your contribution will be partnering with leadership to ensure that job descriptions, candidate communications, and employer branding materials are consistently inclusive and aligned with Lorikeet's commitment to diversity and equity.
  • • Lorikeet is a rapidly growing company with significant traction, boasting paying customers, substantial revenue, an ambitious product roadmap, and a robust sales pipeline. We have secured over USD 50 million in funding from prominent venture capital firms and angel investors, including QED, Blackbird, Square Peg, and notable industry leaders such as Claire Hughes Johnson (ex-Stripe COO), Cristina Cordova (Linear COO), Bob Van Winden (Stripe Head of Support), and Cos Nicolaescu (Brex CTO). Our global customer base includes leading organizations in telehealth, fintech, marketplaces, and Web3 gaming, many of whom process over a million support tickets annually. The company fosters a warm, mature, and flexible culture characterized by low ego and high trust, with a zero-tolerance policy for 'talented jerks.' We champion efficient work practices and flexible hours to accommodate life priorities, committed to building a diverse team where eagerness to learn and user obsession are valued over traditional credentials. We offer competitive compensation, matching unicorn/scale-up pay at the base salary level, and provide a potentially life-changing equity stake, ensuring our team members are true owners and investors in our success.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a technically cutting-edge company that is defining the future of AI-first SaaS products. You will be working on novel UI/UX, capabilities, and data models in a true white-space environment, tackling AI agent problems that push the boundaries of even the largest research labs. You will gain invaluable experience working with a modern tech stack, including TypeScript, React/Remix, PrismaORM, and NestJS, with Python integrated for specific functionalities. The recruitment process itself is designed to be efficient and transparent: initial informal chats with Anna and Remy to discuss the opportunity and your aspirations, followed by a one-day paid work trial where you collaborate directly with the team to assess mutual fit. This hands-on approach ensures that both Lorikeet and the candidate can confidently determine if this is the right working relationship, fostering a strong foundation for future collaboration and success.
