- • The Recruiting Operations Analyst is a 3-month contractor role focused on improving how Salesforce presents itself to talent by auditing, editing, and updating job descriptions across the career site to ensure accuracy, consistency, and inclusive language.
- • Day to day, the person will review and update existing job descriptions for accuracy and alignment with current role requirements, identify and correct formatting issues and outdated language, partner with the Recruiting Optimization team to prioritize updates, and complete a defined scope of updates within the contract period.
- • The role sits within the Employee Success Recruiting Optimization team at Salesforce, which works to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams by refining talent attraction materials.
- • In this role, the person can develop expertise in talent acquisition operations, refine technical writing and editing skills at scale, gain experience with large-scale HR systems, and contribute directly to improving candidate experience and employer branding at a global technology leader.
