  • • As the operational backbone of our recruiting engine, you will be instrumental in ensuring every candidate has an exceptional, seamless, and high-touch experience from their initial contact through to their final offer. Your meticulous management of interview scheduling and logistics is critical to our success.
  • • We are searching for a high-velocity operator who possesses a keen ability to anticipate future needs, proactively eliminate potential friction points, and empower the recruiting team to operate with greater speed, intelligence, and overall effectiveness. You will serve as a true force multiplier, directly influencing our capacity to attract and secure top-tier talent.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass providing "white-glove" service to candidates, which includes sending personalized pre-interview information packets and managing targeted LinkedIn outreach to ensure they feel valued and informed.
  • • You will expertly manage the entire lifecycle of take-home assignments, from distribution to collection and evaluation, while diligently maintaining candidate profiles within our Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be the precise management of recruiter calendars, requiring the agility to rearrange interviews dynamically to prioritize high-impact candidates and optimize our daily interview capacity.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact for leadership's most urgent recruiting initiatives. This includes tasks such as updating compensation bands to remain competitive, posting new job requisitions efficiently, and coordinating the training and shadowing schedules for new interviewers to ensure a consistent and high-quality interview process.
  • • You possess an innate intolerance for inefficiency, constantly identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining processes, and elevating operational standards. You find satisfaction in transforming complex or disorganized workflows into clean, scalable, and highly effective systems.
