Maintaining candidate profiles within our Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and completeness is paramount, as is ensuring that all necessary candidate documentation is readily accessible to the relevant stakeholders, facilitating smooth collaboration across the recruiting and hiring teams.
  • • Precision in managing recruiter calendars is a non-negotiable aspect of this role. You will be adept at juggling complex schedules, rearranging interviews on the fly to accommodate high-impact candidates, and optimizing our daily capacity to maximize efficiency and responsiveness. This requires a keen understanding of recruiting priorities and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • • You will also serve as the primary point of contact for leadership's urgent recruiting needs. This could involve a range of critical tasks, such as updating compensation bands to reflect market conditions, swiftly posting new job requisitions to attract relevant candidates, or coordinating the essential training and shadowing of new interviewers to ensure a consistent and high-quality interview process across the organization.
