📋 Description

• The Recruiting Senior Consultant I role at Allstate goes beyond traditional recruiting by leading mid- to high-level searches and serving as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, owning the full recruiting lifecycle to attract and engage early career talent.
• Day to day, the person will lead full-cycle recruiting for early career roles, build relationships with Career Services and faculty, plan and execute campus events, create immersive candidate experiences, engage talent early to identify signals, develop ready-now talent pipelines, partner across Talent Acquisition and business units, co-create recruitment content, and deliver high-touch candidate experiences.
• The Talent Acquisition team at Allstate focuses on innovative talent strategies, partnering with business leaders to shape recruiting approaches, enhance service delivery, and solve complex hiring challenges while building strong school partnerships and talent pipelines.
• In this role, the person can gain hands-on experience in project management, relationship building, event strategy, candidate engagement, recruitment marketing, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to test new ideas, elevate candidate experience, and grow into broader Talent Acquisition leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Experience building and maintaining strong external relationships with university partners, faculty, student organizations, or talent communities.
• Experience planning and supporting events, programs, or candidate experiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and represent the organization well with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong execution skills with careful attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Must live in Chicago, IL or within a commutable distance.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 35% for campus visits, local office meetings, and large-scale hiring events.

• Base compensation offered for this role is $68,500.00 - $86,300.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

• Exposure to project management, relationship building, recruitment marketing, event strategy, and cross-functional Talent Acquisition work.
• Autonomy to create immersive campus experiences, engaging workshops, and candidate touchpoints with fresh ideas.
