📋 Description

• The Recruiting Sourcer role at Ryder System, Inc. is a full-time temporary position focused on providing sourcing support to recruiting teams by identifying and engaging passive candidates, prescreening applicants, and coordinating interviews to ensure quality talent pipelines for open positions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates, matching candidate skills to available openings, facilitating interview scheduling, maintaining employee profiles, supporting employment screenings, and providing administrative and compliance assistance to the recruitment team.
• The role operates within Ryder’s Human Resources department in a high-volume, call center environment, supporting special projects and routine HR tasks while upholding strict confidentiality and professional standards.
• This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in talent acquisition, build professional relationships across organizational levels, and gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, compliance, and HR administration within a respected logistics and transportation company.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information with high ethical standards
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
