  • • As a Recruiting Systems & Analytics Manager at Flock Safety, you will own the infrastructure behind how the company hires, serving as the operational backbone of a high-performing talent function by managing the ATS, building reporting layers, and creating internal tools that eliminate manual work.
  • • Day to day, you will own the configuration and integrity of the Ashby ATS and recruiting tech stack, design and maintain dashboards for recruiting leadership, build AI-powered automations and internal tools via APIs and webhooks, identify and fix operational gaps, ensure compliance and data accuracy, and partner with People Ops and recruiting coordinators to ensure seamless offer-to-onboarding handoffs.

  • • In this role, you will learn to architect scalable recruiting systems, deepen your expertise in data pipelines and AI-driven automation, gain end-to-end ownership of cross-functional tech integrations, and grow your influence as a trusted advisor to recruiting and company leadership on talent strategy and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–7 years of experience in recruiting operations, systems, or analytics, ideally in a high-growth tech environment
  • • Hands-on experience owning or administering an ATS or comparable SaaS platform, including configuration, data integrity, and user management
  • • Strong data skills: ability to build dashboards from scratch, write clean formulas, and tell a story with numbers using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools
  • • Demonstrated experience building system integrations using APIs and webhooks, with end-to-end ownership of data movement between platforms
  • • Hands-on experience building with AI tools — prompt engineering, AI agent workflows, or internal tooling (low-code or coded) — having shipped something real that others use
  • • Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects independently with minimal direction
  • • Sharp attention to detail and low tolerance for systems that don’t work as intended
  • • Strong cross-functional communication: translating technical work for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements into technical solutions
