- • The Recruitment Assistant supports a UK-based recruitment agency specializing in healthcare and social sector placements, enabling the team to focus on high-value activities by handling administrative and research tasks.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include screening and shortlisting CVs, conducting outbound candidate outreach via LinkedIn, managing candidate pipelines, updating and maintaining Zoho ATS/CRM systems, and handling emails, texts, and general administrative duties.
- • The role is part of a growing recruitment team focused on permanent placements in the UK healthcare and social sectors, operating remotely from Manila with a schedule aligned to UK business hours.
- • The person can develop expertise in recruitment operations, gain hands-on experience with Zoho CRM/ATS and AI-assisted sourcing tools, and advance into broader recruitment or HR coordination roles as the role expands to full-time.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in using Zoho ATS/CRM for candidate tracking and pipeline management
- • Strong English communication skills for candidate outreach and internal coordination
- • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow automation
- • Technical setup: USB noise-cancelling headset, working webcam, main computer with ≥1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, backup computer, primary internet ≥25 Mbps wired, backup ≥10 Mbps
