- • As a Recruitment Consultant at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc., you will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, playing an integral role in delivering top talent to meet critical client hiring needs through cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence.
- • Day to day, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—identifying and assessing candidates, conducting phone screens, facilitating interviews, gathering feedback, building and maintaining candidate networks, developing proactive sourcing strategies, presenting talent, consulting with hiring managers on selections and compensation, maintaining client and candidate relationships, meeting weekly and monthly submit and hire goals, and updating applicant tracking system reports and administrative records.
- • You will join a collaborative, dynamic, and talented team at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc., a firm dedicated to providing exceptional candidate experiences and trusted recruitment partnerships across Canada and Mexico in a remote work environment.
