- • As a Recruitment Consultant at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a dedicated advocate for candidates, playing a pivotal role in connecting top talent with critical hiring needs across industries. - • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, feedback collection, and offer facilitation—ensuring a seamless, professional process that builds lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Your consultative approach will position you as a strategic partner who anticipates hiring needs and delivers measurable results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- • Day to day, you will oversee candidate identification and assessment, conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and gather structured feedback from stakeholders to refine search strategies and improve match quality.
- • You will proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through ongoing market research, bench management, and engagement with both active and passive candidates, leveraging data and networking to anticipate client demands before they arise.
- • You will develop and execute creative, proactive recruitment strategies tailored to each role, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, social media outreach, and competitive intelligence to uncover hidden talent pools and improve submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion rates.
- • You will consult directly with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and process optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals while advocating for fairness, transparency, and candidate-centric practices.
- • You will nurture long-term client and candidate relationships through consistent communication, follow-up, and service excellence, driving satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals by consistently exceeding expectations.
- • You will track and report on key performance indicators, including weekly and monthly submission and hire targets, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generating insights to support continuous improvement.
- • You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team, sharing best practices, contributing to process enhancements, and fostering a culture of openness, accountability, and mutual support to elevate collective performance.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in talent acquisition strategy, stakeholder management, and data-informed recruiting—gaining hands-on experience with market mapping, negotiation, and client consulting that prepares you for advancement into senior recruitment, talent partnership, or leadership roles within HR and recruitment consulting.
- • You will develop strong business acumen by understanding diverse industry hiring trends, client pain points, and competitive landscapes, enabling you to speak confidently as a talent advisor and position yourself as a go-to expert in Singapore’s dynamic recruitment market.

- • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates—while consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment.
- • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines through proactive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and effective use of applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult confidently with hiring managers, present talent effectively, overcome objections, and build trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates.
- • Strong organizational and time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize competing demands, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain accurate tracking of pipeline progress and reporting requirements.
- • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, coupled with a professional and active social media presence to support sourcing and employer branding efforts.
