📋 Description
- • As a Recruitment Consultant, French Speaking – France (Remote, Temporary), you will play an integral role in acting as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent that meets critical client hiring needs.
- • Day to day, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, gathering feedback, building and maintaining a strong candidate network, developing proactive sourcing strategies for passive and active talent, presenting strong candidates, consulting with hiring managers on selections and compensation, maintaining client and candidate relationships, meeting weekly and monthly submit and hire goals, and updating applicant tracking system reports and administrative records.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, enhance your ability to anticipate client needs, refine your sourcing and negotiation skills, strengthen your consultative approach with hiring managers, and gain experience managing recruitment metrics and reporting—positioning you for growth in talent acquisition and client-facing recruitment consulting.

- • Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline-driven recruiting environment.
- • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
- • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system, and a strong social media presence.
- • Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship.
- • Possesses strong time prioritization skills, embraces change, and demonstrates flexibility when directions and priorities shift.
