  • Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated, consultative, and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, dynamic, and talented team in a remote role based in Mexico. This position plays an integral part in acting as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent that meets the critical hiring needs of clients. The role is ideal for individuals with a strong independent work ethic, deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, and a passion for building lasting relationships while ensuring exceptional client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle: identifying and assessing candidates through market research and proactive sourcing, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback from both clients and candidates. The consultant will build and maintain a robust talent network, anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences, and consistently achieve strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios by developing creative strategies to engage both passive and active candidates.
  • Additional daily duties involve presenting qualified talent for open positions, overcoming objections during the hiring process, consulting with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment strategies to ensure solutions align with client goals. The role also requires maintaining strong client and candidate relationships, meeting weekly and monthly submission and hire targets, and updating applicant tracking system data and reports while managing related administrative tasks to ensure process efficiency and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven recruiting environment.
  • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes, and maintain a clear, communicative recruiting pipeline at all times.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, coupled with the ability to execute recruitment strategies, articulate RPO and client relationship value, and adapt flexibly to shifting priorities while demonstrating strong time prioritization and change management skills.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong social media presence to support sourcing and employer branding efforts.
  • Active participation in the recruitment team, collaboration with peers, and a consistent effort to add value while fostering an environment of open communication and mutual support.
