- • Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated, consultative, and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative, dynamic, and talented team. This role is integral to acting as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent that meets critical client hiring needs across tech markets in Poland, Romania, and South Africa.
- • The Recruitment Consultant will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, gathering feedback from clients and candidates, building and maintaining a strong talent network through market research and bench management, developing proactive sourcing strategies for both passive and active candidates, presenting qualified talent, overcoming hiring objections, consulting with hiring managers on final selections and compensation, maintaining strong client and candidate relationships, meeting weekly and monthly submit and hire goals, and updating applicant tracking system data and related administrative reports.

- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in full-cycle tech recruitment, strengthen consultative client management skills, master data-driven sourcing and pipeline forecasting, enhance negotiation and closing techniques, and gain experience working across international markets (Poland, Romania, South Africa) in a remote, fast-paced environment — positioning them for long-term growth in recruitment leadership or talent strategy roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates while achieving results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven recruiting environment.
- • Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, implement feedback to achieve desired outcomes, and maintain a strong focus on the recruiting pipeline while confidently communicating its status to stakeholders.
- • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, coupled with the ability to execute recruitment strategies, clearly articulate RPO and client relationship value, prioritize time effectively, embrace change, demonstrate flexibility amid shifting priorities, and actively contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- • Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills, hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong social media presence for sourcing and engagement purposes.
